Description:
This dress is constructed of black-shot red silk dupion, with under-wired,
inbuilt cups edged with black lace. Silver chain forms double halter-neck
straps, and the skirt flares dramatically and extends into two long tails at the
back. Intricate black embroidery extends all along the hemline. The black satin
sleeves are completely separate to the dress, and are bound at the wrist and
upper arm by silver buckles on black leather straps. A black silk waist cincher
is worn over the dress; the right side panel is ornamented by three silver
buckles, whilst a red Japanese dragon is embroidered on the left side panel. A
black tulle and lace underskirt completes the ensemble.
